The congress fee includes admission to all lectures and workshops, as well as non-alcoholic drinks and snacks during the breaks.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing by sending a message to the conference secretariat.
A refund of 80% will be granted if the cancellation request is received at least 30 days (or more) prior to the meeting.
No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 30 days prior to the meeting.
If the congress is cancelled by IFSI, registrants can expect a full refund (100%) for the participation fee.
